Studio 53 at National & Provincial Studios, is a bright, light-filled and flexible space in the heart of Lowestoft, offering 496 sq ft of room to make your own. With large sash windows on two sides, the studio enjoys a dual-aspect outlook, with views east towards the port and along the High Street. Just a three-minute walk from Lowestoft Station, it’s an easy and convenient space for bringing people together. Available for meetings, classes, workshops and rehearsals, the room can be arranged to suit your needs or left completely open for performance and creative sessions. Capacity Up to 30 people standing or 25 seated in a screening-style layout. For workshops and more interactive sessions, we recommend up to 20 participants. Please note, Studio 53 is accessed via stairs and does not have wheelchair access. Make it yours A member of our team will support your booking, making sure any equipment, furniture, drinks and catering you’ve booked are confirmed and ready for you when you arrive. Details Studio 53 includes Wi-Fi and a TV screen for workshop or meeting use. The room can be hired with a conference table seating up to 18 set up ready for you on arrival or workshop tables and chairs available in the space for personal configuration. Drinks and catering can also be arranged in advance. Please factor set-up and pack-down time into your booking, with the space vacated by the end of your hire period. Cancellations Policy
If cancelling more than 7 days before the event: - Hire fees paid will be refunded, less any non-refundable booking fee or deposit. 7 days or less before the event but more than 24 hours before the event: - 50% of the total hire fee will be refundable. Less than 24 hours before the event: no refund will be due. Please contact tracey@messums.org for all refund/cancellation requests.
