To advance the education of the public in the knowledge and appreciation of the arts. generally by establishing publicly accessible art venues and creative spaces and by providing residency space for artists who in particular but not exclusively, will provide or assist in the provision of exhibitions, displays, workshops and other events, for community and schools outreach and engagement.
