Join Mirka Golden-Hann for a glass of wine and an evening of talking about pots exhibited as part of the current Anglo-Japanese Ceramics exhibition at Messums West - Yakimono: A Culture of Exchange - The Impact of Japanese Ceramics.

Mirka’s passion for clay and ceramics is an inseparable part of her professional creative practice spanning 25 years. From the perspective of someone who has herself mastered the material, expect to discuss the process of creating as well as the personality of the works on display. 

Ceramic vessels represent the most intimate and tactile of forms of creative expression. In order to gain deeper understanding of the works on display a selection of pots will be available for handling during the evening.

This event with an open bar is free to attend.
